Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We use self check-in with a keypad code sent 24 hours before arrival, so there's no front desk to wait for — arrive on your own schedule.
Yes. Free off-street parking is available on-site. Each flat gets one reserved spot in the lot behind the building, accessible from 8th Street SW. Additional street parking is free on weekends and after 6 PM weekdays. See the illustrated arrival map for exactly where to pull in.
Roanoke–Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) is about a 10-minute drive — roughly 5 miles. Uber and Lyft both operate at ROA. No airport shuttle needed.

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome with a flat $75 pet fee. Please let us know in advance so we can prep the flat. The courtyard and Greenway (five minutes away) are both great for walks. We ask that pets not be left alone in the flat for extended periods.
No. All flats are strictly non-smoking, including vapes and cannabis. Smoking indoors results in a $300 deep-cleaning fee. You're welcome to smoke outside on the patio or in the courtyard.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance if your plans may change. This policy applies to all booking channels (direct, Airbnb, VRBO).
Yes on most nights. During peak weekends (festivals, graduation, Valley View events) we require a 2-night minimum, and over major holidays sometimes 3 nights. The booking page will show you what's available.
Yes — stays of 28+ nights get a meaningful discount (typically 20–30% off the nightly rate). Great for traveling professionals, medical rotations at Carilion, or extended family visits. Email us directly for a quote.
Yes — fiber internet is included in every flat with download speeds averaging 500 Mbps. More than enough for video calls, 4K streaming, or working remotely for a week. The network name and password are on the fridge.
Every flat has a full kitchen: stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig plus drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, knives, mixing bowls, and a full set of dinnerware for four. Starter coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and sugar are stocked.
Yes. Each flat has its own in-unit washer and dryer — no shared laundry room. Detergent pods are provided for your first load; more are available in the closet.
Smart TVs in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime Video. Sign in with your own credentials — we clear the sessions after checkout. Cable is not included because nobody asked for it.
A Few Old Goats Brewing is on the ground floor. The flats are above and behind the tasting room, well-insulated, with separate entrances. You'll hear a faint murmur on a busy Friday night but it's not disruptive — most guests tell us they love having it there.
The closest Parkway access at Mill Mountain is about a 12-minute drive. Roanoke Mountain Overlook and the famous Roanoke Valley views are 15 minutes. McAfee Knob trailhead is a 30-minute drive.
Short list: Martin's Downtown, A Few Old Goats (downstairs), RND Coffee, Scratch Biscuit Co., the Market Building, Taubman Museum of Art, Center in the Square, and the Roanoke Greenway entrance. Nothing more than a 10-minute walk.
