Where to park when you arrive. Two easy options — our private lot at the south end of the property, or free on-street parking along 8th Street SW.
Our south-side guest lot
Turn off 8th Street SW into our driveway along the south edge of the property — about 40 unmarked spots, plus EV charging. Park anywhere and walk straight to the building's south face.
Street parking on 8th Street
Free, non-metered curb parking runs the full length of 8th Street SW — both sides are fair game. Pull up beside the building and walk straight in via the east face.
Park at the north end · double black doors
Park along the north end of 8th Street SW (where the sidewalk meets the road, both sides). Walk around the corner to Campbell Avenue and enter through the double black doors.
Brewery on-site
A Few Old Goats Brewing occupies the east end of the south building. The fenced courtyard (with shade trees and patio seating) is open to brewery patrons and our Flats guests.
