You're in Roanoke for work — training program, client engagement, project deployment, temporary assignment. You need a place that's professional for early calls, comfortable for sleeping, and central enough that you're not wasting time commuting to meetings. We built for business travelers.
Workspace setup for remote work and calls
Every apartment has a living room separate from the bedroom. Set up your laptop and peripherals in the living room, take calls there, keep sleeping space separate. Internet is fiber — 300+ Mbps symmetric, no shared wireless congestion, good for uploads and video calls.
Some clients ask about desk space. We don't provide desks in all units, but the living room has a sofa table or dining table suitable for laptop work. If you need a proper desk, call us before booking and we can arrange one for your unit.
Kitchen for early morning calls and efficient meals
You have an early call at 7 AM. Hotel room? You're waiting for room service or eating a stale muffin from the lobby. Our place? You make proper coffee and breakfast in your own kitchen. You're ready for the day.
Lunch meetings downtown? You can grab something nearby and eat at your apartment if you prefer. Dinner with clients? Walk to restaurants downtown (20+ within 5 minutes walk). All options available instead of being locked into hotel dining.
Why downtown location matters for business
Carilion Hospital hosts medical conferences and training programs downtown. Tech companies hold trainings downtown. If your work is downtown, you're a 10-minute walk. If you need to get to Carilion, it's 5 minutes by car. If meetings are spread around town, you're centrally located — better than being in Daleville or a highway hotel.
Downtown means actual downtime
After work, you're done. You can walk to breweries (A Few Old Goats downstairs, Big Lick 2 mins), dinner (20+ restaurants), or just decompress in a real apartment instead of a hotel room. Roanoke's downtown is walkable and has good food and beer. You can actually have a life outside of work.
In-unit laundry for extended stays
If you're in town 2–4 weeks, you're going to need clean clothes. In-unit laundry means you don't hunt for a laundromat, don't pay for a service, don't wait days. Wash whenever you need. Critical if you're on an extended assignment.
Monthly rates for longer assignments
Staying 4+ weeks? Monthly discounts apply at 28 nights:
- Standard: $98–112/night (25–30% off)
- Deluxe: $130–150/night (25–30% off)
- Premium: $154–182/night (25–30% off)
For a 6-week stay (42 nights) in Standard with 25% discount: $140 × 42 × 0.75 = $4,410. That's $105/night for a furnished apartment with Wi-Fi and parking. Corporate housing or extended-stay hotels at equivalent dates cost $110–150+/night with less amenity.
